I do keep it around, and use it when I've spilled a bit of epoxy on the boat where it will show later on (yeah, I do stuff like that occasionally...). Plain white vinegar emulsifies the epoxy up to and including the gel stage (as long as it hasn't hardened yet) and does a great job of cleanup. Undiluted dish soap is also acceptable, at least for use on hands etc, but I don't think it's quite as good as the vinegar.
