The news website http://www.thetelegram.com/ reported it as sinking "He tied the raft to the kayak until it sank" but later I checked Peters website and it was a different story though I suspect it took in a lot more water than a normal cockpit and was probably submerged. I thought it rather ironic that Tony Bullimore was the patron. For those in America that may not have heard the story. It was quite a news item down under when the Australian Navy went and rescued Tony from the very south when his yacht captised.
