[Paddlewise] How to Prevent theft

I'd suggest getting a hardened steel *chain*.  Much tougher to cut through than
cable, even with most bolt cutters.  You can get one from most bicyle shops or
probably from a hardware store.  Make sure the lock is also hardened.
