This has been discussed before here on PaddleWise. We believe "reply to" should show the individual that authored the message and not the list. It has proven less awkward for subscribers to the list to have their email that was intended for the entire list accidentally sent to one individual (where they can just resend the message to the list) rather than have email that is intended as a private reply to one individual end up being sent to the entire list by accident. This set-up is not at all uncommon in lists.
