    An interesting exercise if to do 90% of a roll (just shy of vertical) 
into a roll on the opposite side and just go back and forth. This is good 
practice for switching sides when your onside roll isn't working for some 
reason.. As you get better try coming up no more than 80% and doing the same 
thing, or from just at the surface

    But don't practice this too much or your teach yourself how to blow your 
rolls.

    Another game is to capsize and setup for your roll, then switch to the 
other side, setup and roll. This helped me relax enough underwater to switch 
sides without wasting any oxygen or time.
