David, bob klemick here, I was out in 30 mph wind on Sat and I sure could have used some kind of rudder with the following wind on my return trip. I spent more energy using the paddle as a rudder than I did for paddling. Your air rudder sounds like an idea that might work (this from someone who has no concept of how it might work). Do you have an idea of how it might be fabricated, mounted, and operated?
