Certainly.  Just set the kayak upside down in the yard and drive or roll one
car or truck up to the kayak.   Go until the kayak (bow or stern) is under
the bumper.  Then, drive or roll another car or truck over to the other end
(bow or stern) of the kayak and go until the kayak is under the bumper.  Set
both emergency brakes!  Voooallah!  Cheap security that stops all but the
most determined red-neck from getting your boat.  He might slit your tires
though :-(

BTW, this is not really a joke.  We used to do it during my whitewater days.
You can secure more than one kayak too.
