I'm a 6'4" 200 lb beginner kayaker who is looking for a used sea kayak to use in Puget Sound.
Kayak stability and leg room are paramount features for me.  
I need to limit my geographic area to the I-5 corridor, from Bellingham to Vancouver, Washington.  
My price limit is $1,000.
