My apologies for the resend-after-resend routine! 
Quite the pain! Learned a lesson though -- never send
an important e-mail out before the morning's first cup
of java!!!  

Anyhow, just so there is no confusion, here is the
revised pricing plan:

Decals       Cost per decal
0-20            1.00
21-40            .75
41-plus          .50

The distribution plan remains the same!
