The coordinator of the cleanup welcomed my help and told me to bring my kayak, but said they didn't want to "a lot of kayaks though as they would cause a problem for divers surfacing." If anyone else wants to help on the water, I suggest contacting him directly at: David Clayton <drc_at_ccnet.com> so he can keep a good handle on the surface traffic.
