[Paddlewise] Rivet Field Repair Kit

I don't expect to use it, but I am trying to put together a compact rivet
repair kit which I can tuck into a cranny of my  Folbot Greenland II double
kayak.  Here is what I think I need:

1. A couple dozen 3/16 inch D poprivets (got those).

2. A compact poprivet tool (don't have this yet;  any recommendations?).

3. A compact hand-operated drill for a 3/16 inch bit -- for drilling out old
rivets and making holes for replacements.  Tried using a drill chuck I had
around, but hand twisting the bit with it is not going to cut it.

I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
