Hopefully this is not controversial! I was talking with my secretary (that can be controversial) and she asked me about bioluminescence. The question: What are the optimal conditions for it to exist. Is there anyway to predict or forecast it taking place based on atmospheric or ocean conditions? Your help would be much appreciated. I MIGHT be perceived as all knowing. Now that is controversial!
