Just copied this off CLC's site:

Chesapeake-style cockpit is a kit option at no extra cost)."

24 inches might be a bit tight for you, but the Chesapeake cockpit option 
will fit your needs.  I have a Chesapeake 18, and I can put 5 gallons of 
water infront of my feet with my legs extended.  Lots of room.
