On Sunday, Susan (a fellow Paddlewiser) and I kayaked on Lake Jordan in Raleigh, NC. Saw eagles and lots of herons. Decided I have to get binoculars (and a wheeled kayak caddy). Paddled through lily pads and avoided the jet skis. Ate incredibly juicy peaches. I just moved here and it was great to find such an enjoyable paddling companion so soon. Thanks Paddlewise.
