I have seen a commercially available one that fits on some WW boats such
as Prijons.  The cone is sized to fit exactly on the rear of specific
models.  You could also make one of your own.  The easiest and probably
best ist to replicate the strap on skeg that Feathercraft sells for the
Khatsalano.  The one they sell will fit on quite a number of boats since
it has a flexible sheet of hypalon that follows the contuors of your
boat and the skeg (a disk encased in hypalon) is also flexible.  The
advantage of this type is that you cannot hurt it in rough landings.  A
fiberglass one might get damaged.
