[Paddlewise] Cute Quote

   While perusing through some old kayaking notes I came across a cute quote 
that I thought the rest of you might enjoy. The quote is from the book Wind 
Waves by Blair Kinsman.
   
   "Never attempt to land through surf in a small boat unless you have 
already abandoned all hope for life."
