Dish detergent, hot water and scrub brush should work.  If they remain
stinky, try a little bleach and hot water, let them soak for about 20
minutes.  Bleach shouldn't be too hard on the clear ones or the heavy
plasticized kind, if you don't let make it too strong or leave it too long.
I wouldn't try it on the lightweight, coated woven nylon kind, though.
Stick to dish detergent and elbow grease for those ones.
