Last week I had my first taste of the Pacific and enjoyed it very much. The sea caves and surfing were great in northern Baja. I found that WW skills do transfer over to a great degree i.e. side surfing in the break. My 18 year old son did a couple of perfect pirouttes inadvertently, but recovered with a good roll. The only problem, I hate to admit, was sea sickness. Four out of our group of nine were sick to various degrees when paddling in the swell. Do any of you paddlewisers have remedies other than staying on shore?? Is the motion something that you get used to? thanks for any advice.
