I use the sleeping bag cover, stuffed with some clothes (polar fleece jacket
for comfort) and the paddle float.  By adding or letting out air in the
float, you can control the hardness - size of the pillow.  More comfortable
then the one I use at home - or is it because more exhausted when touring?
