[Paddlewise] drybags

A short while back someone posted url for  "Making your own drybags"...I 
would appreciate any information you (anybody) might be able to provide.  I 
don't seem to be able to communicate with the Inland Sea Kayaker server 
(which is where the information came from, I believe)....Thanks........Russell
