[Paddlewise] Rolling with 2-piece AT Paddle

When I roll with my 2-piece bent-shaft AT paddle, the friction lock mechanism 
loosens up, the blade angle changes, and more often than not, I blow the 
roll.  

Even if I get up, I'm then left with two-halves of a padde that aren't 
securely locked, and I have to re-tighten the friction lock.

I'm considering having the paddle retrofitted with a pin in order to avoid 
this problem.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
