[Paddlewise] Aquacycle

Does annyone have any info on this Aquacycle they can pass on to Bob and Sheldon?

It looks like a pedal operated outboard motor.  Drop the prop in the water, secure to the stern with clamps, sit in the shovel tractor seat and pedal away.
