Hi Larry, and everyone else out there. Larry wrote: (I only read the digest, therefore this strange intro! Also I'm norwegian so please forgive my typos etc.) Date: Mon, 4 Sep 2000 18:17:42 -0400 From: "Larry Bliven" <foxhill_at_shore.intercom.net> Subject: [Paddlewise] 2-brothers ...but the interesting thing to me is that the rudder controls are by ones toes, over solid pegs for the balls of your feet. this set up seems to be very user friendly and it eliminated one of my pet problems with rudder controls, spongy foot rests. My questions are: is this control assembly available for kayaks? if so, which ones. and if not, why not? Yes there excists such a contraption, on a norwegian designed boat (which I myself paddle) The boat is designed in Norway by afellow named Jarle Crabbe, it's named Sibir Expedition. I find it very comfortable to paddle with!
