You may remember me from the symposium. I took the coach 2 training 
and had the yellow riot glide.
Mountain river was recommended to me for instruction. I've been 
saying I'd like to get more but haven't had the time.  There located 
near New hope PA just down the street from scudders falls and the 
wing dam both park and play spots for practice.

The other spot I have paddled, the Sacandaga river has an outfitter 
who offers instruction but I don't have experice  good or bad with 
them. The river is about 3 hours from NYC.
The Lehigh in PA has releases this and next month and would be good 
class 2 river to start on.
