You didn't by any chance dine on Linguini with clam sauce that evening, did you? Maybe it was a bad clam and not the codeine. I have had the same "dream." Strange thing about that is, I don't know your wife and kids nor have I ever been in your kitchen. You were lucky that there was only one clam. If they gang up on you, oh brother, look out! Pepper spray has little or no effect on them. I use pepper sauce, Tabasco brand. Well, I had better clam up.
