Jeez, we had enough threads and posts on this, you mean no one archived it?

I have use a "Mini-Trangia" #28 for years, and have had excellent luck with
it. It cook a little slower than white gas, but is quieter and safer. I
suspect in Israel that white gas might be hard to find, too.

The Trangia cookware is also excellent. 

However, I bought the Mini-Trangia for backpacking, and suspect that if I
were to buy another, I'd get one of the larger sets for more flexibility in
cooking, and better wind protection. Possibly the #27.
