Bill Leonhardt, who handled the PaddleWise T-Shirt orders, I think is
away this weekend at the Delmarva Paddlers Retreat (largely devoted to
Greenland paddling these days with several guests again from Greenland
including Maligiaq Padilla).  He did something similar with the
"profits" as suggested above by Jackie.  He gave half to the Downtown
Boathouse in Manhattan to help its public free kayaking program.  I saw
him hand over the check to Jim Wetteroth who runs the Boathouse; it
actually got a smile out of Jim.  The other half went to the Hudson
River Watertrail to help its efforts to establish a blueway trail on the
Hudson.
