If you don't like floaters, don't go paddling with my brother. He has 
found them twice. Once on the Thames River in CT and once on the CT 
River above Hartford. The first was a local drunk who fell off a 
bridge, the second was a Springfield, Mass. man who had disappeared 
several months previously under suspicious circumstances.
