Bibler has endorsements re.how dry their tents are in the depths of Irinjaya (real wet, I hear). Never been to Irinjaya, but can vouch for the I-Tent & Satellite models in the Orinoco basin, Surinam & a couple places in Central America of the very wet, very humid variety. Never had a problem with human-produced condensation moisture either, ie, in well-below freezing around Yellowknife & in & around the North Slope; both the tents I have are relatively small & well-vented, which helps. -----Original Message----- From: LedJube_at_aol.com [mailto:LedJube_at_aol.com] Sent: Thursday, October 19, 2000 20:46 To: ofelas2_at_home.com Subject: Re: [Paddlewise] best choices In a message dated 10/19/00 11:12:52 PM, ofelas2_at_home.com writes: << IMHO, Bibler Tents are the finest that money can buy; sometimes, they have great sales on their web site >> Hi Chip, I agree. But what about this condensation issue that everyone keeps harping on? Thanks for your comments.
