hi Fred,
i haven't seen a Whiz Wheel for Wind Waves.. it would be interesting to look
at the formulas to see if one could be fabricated, but for me that project
will have to wait.

i seem to recall that Chuck Sutherland(?) has produced something like a Whiz
Wheel thingy for kayaking. maybe someone on the list knows how to find more
information about that gadget.
