Hey, that works for me. That's what I'll teach my kids. "Well, yes son, the 


sign says do not remove artifacts. But, they mean other people. Not us, we 


are the good guys." I mean after all, if I teach them to obey the rules then

    I think this a cheap shot. Ethics and the federal regulations do not have
to be, nor are they supposed to be,  the same.  Quite often we find our
personal belief system is not in sync with regulations or legislation.  How
many of us exceed the posted speed limit?  I will bet a lot of us see a limit
as being set for the "average" conditions, eg., midday, and at midnight we
have no qualms about putting the pedal to the metal.  It is not any less
illegal, but we are not as likely to be endangering life as if we went the
posted limit at peak hours or in inclement weather.  


    If everyone had common sense  good ethics  there would be a lot fewer
laws.
