[Paddlewise] Padre Island National Seashore

Got a couple off-PW buddies interested in information on Padre Island National
Seashore, down near Corpus Christie, TX.  I shot them the NPS' Web site URL,
but they are interestd in the impressions of folks who have visited there. 
They want to do some paddling, but will need to rent boats.

Any good beta on that?

How about a trip report or six?
