I'm surprise - it was also my understanding that they came without footpegs installed. What I had been told was that since the footpegs are from Yakima (not Brit) they're not shipped with the boats, because that would involve sending them there and then sending them here. Therefore, the footpegs are included in the price, but are put into (I guess sometimes on)the boat before it's delivered to the customer.
