John,

I used Forward Air (800) 726-6654 to send a WW boat to little rock
from NJ. They were recommended to me by over a dozen happy kayak
customers on the north east paddling message board. The cost is much
less then UPS my boat was 35.00 but you'll need to drop the boat off
at one of there locations. Most of them are near airports. You also
need to pack it very well most of the stuff they deliver is created.

Hi all,

I just purchased a boat that is located in Texas. I need to go about
getting it shipped up to Massachusetts. Does anyone have any suggestions on
a boat carrier or freight company you would recommend? I am pretty new at
the shipping boats thing so any advice you could offer would be greatly
appreciated. I would really love to hear from some of the folks who do this
on a regular basis like Matt.

Thanks,

John Leonard
