	Kathleen, what's a BSK certificate?

I just returned from several days of hiking and camping in the desert and
desert mountains. One night my left wrist became very sore & painful,
somewhat swollen. I think this was from a combination of repetitively
using a walking stick over rough terrain and also slipping once or twice
and bracing myself suddenly against the ground and rocks. At any rate, a
friend recommended arnica, a "natural homeopathic remedy". Ever skeptical,
but feeling all too sore, I gave it a try and massaged some arnica gel on
my wrist when I got back home. To my surprise, the relief was definite and
instantaneous. It's only been a day now, but so far so good.
This stuff came from a health food store in a tube with indications for
use as follows: "Temporary relief of bruises & minor muscle & joint pain,
swelling & stiffness from over-exercising, sprains, falls, blows, and
sports injuries."
Has anyone else used arnica (or other homeopathic remedies for that
matter) for similar problems? I'm thinking about shoulder soreness for
example.

Here's wishing Safe, injury-free holidays and new year to all,
	John Somers
