A disadvantage of the Chotas is that they have a fuzzy lining,
which takes a while to dry. Last summer my boots got wet on the
inside while getting out of the boat, and left me with wet feet for the
next 6 days of the trip. Even at home, after rinsing them, they can
take a day or two to dry out depending on relative humidity and
temperature. A thin fabric lining like neoprene booties or wetsuits
would hold less water and dry quicker.
