Hi All, Our kayak club, Inland Sea Kayakers, joined the Minnesota Canoe Association to welcome New Year's by paddling the Mississippi River on January 1st. We had 23 people show up, although a few didn't venture out onto the river. It was 8 degrees and sunny with little wind -- perfect conditions!
