No, really... it's just the outer part because the inner part, on the original
wooden padles, was just the wood.. on a tent pole, also, only the outter part
is the ferule in aluminum poles, and only the sleve is the ferule in
fiberglass poles.....





LOL  we're such a nit-picky bunch... how many listmembers does it take to
change a lightbulb????
