ps   if you live in l.a. and have to drive a lot i guess a certain finger 
would become very strong for those much-needed communicative gestures.

pps   duane, i lift 2 or 3 times a week.  how many years is it going to 
take me to be able to do a 20-mile paddle?  2-mile is more like it at this 
point....
