I know this as the "Lay-Back" roll

It all depends, Jed, on how far toward the aft end the sweep
needs to go before the paddler is righted - which depends on the
individual doing the roll.

Another way of contrasting the C-to-C roll and the Sweep roll is
this:
In the sweep roll, the paddle blade is weighted during the entire
sweeping motion. In the C-to-C roll, the paddle blade is
unweighted during the sweep out to the perpendicular position,
and is weighted only during the sudden hip snap. Of course these
are descriptions of the 'pure' rolls, and real-world rolls are
often a melding of the two, where a paddler might start out with
sort of a sweep roll and end with sort of a C-to-C roll.

The terminology doesn't really matter - getting upright does.
