Iīm only 200 lbs but there is still lots of fresh air in my Artisan from Kayaksport OY. Very safe boat. Or look at Lettmann kayaks in germany, donīt got their website in memory. except two or three, almost all lettmann-kayaks are made for the bigger ones or the more comfortable thinking kayaker. Especially the Nordstern. The P&H Spitzbergen is the biggest kayak I know, from Cockpit size and high also. But itīs also very unstable, so only for specialists. The kayaks mentioned before, I donīt know.
