[Paddlewise] Garbage out

Folks, please edit your messages.  We are getting more and more messages
that are including multiple copies of messages and PaddleWise trailers.
When you don't edit, we have fewer *original* messages that go out in
the digest version and more digest versions sent out with a lot of
duplicate stuff that is really garbage at that point.

Edit means only include that part of the message to which you are
replying that is necessary to get across your point.  Do *not* copy
in the entire message.  And don't copy in the PaddleWise trailer.  We
don't need to see it over and over (as well as the same message over
and over).

Please be considerate of your fellow subscribers.
