    Be cautious with scrub pads and solvents.  Some scrub pads will scratch
window glass.  Some solvents, eg. acetone will dissolve (soften) many types of
"plastics."  


    If some of the soaking and peeling suggestions do not work, I would try
scratching the surface of the decal, to allow penetration, and then apply
lacquer thinner.  I have found that to be the best sticker remover with the
least destruction.  If possible, however, I would first test it on a non
exposed area.

Usually an "X-acto" (sp?) or other sharp utility knife from a hobby or
hardware store will be enough to get you under the corner of the decal to
get enough of a start so you can simply pull the sucker off...
