I just wanted to mention to the list that I did do a few attempts at putting "thought to post", regarding fitness training and kayaking, but would rather wait to post the results, as there are so many opinions as to what is best, what to avoid, and what can be injurious. I will hammer something out when I get a chance -- something that will have some relevance and scope. In the mean time, Paddlewise actually keeps me very fit.
