I ran across these clips and thought they might be used to attach a spare paddle to the deck of my boat. www.bekson.com/plasticlips.htm. Seems to me to be the best way to do the job with minimal damage to the boat when stowing and removing the paddle. Should be easy to get to in case of an emergency. What Have I forgotten?
