[Paddlewise] FOAM FITTING

    Lots of foam fitting experience out there.  To the list of dragon teeth
sand paper, sand paper, electric knife, wire brush, and shaper I would add;
band saw, hacksaw blade (without frame) and those small rotary rasps you put
in a drill.


    All but the band saw and sharp knife leave a fuzzy surface.  That can be
dressed up with a heat gun.  Besides looking better, the smoother surface uses
less glue.
