[Paddlewise] Velcro and seats

Right Dave. I use a strip 2 in wide and about 8-10 inches long on each side 
of the seat. I place the strips about 2.3 of the way between the keelson 
and the edge of the seat, though I don't know if that's the best placement 
or not; it just seems to work for me. If the bottom of the boat is prepped 
well, and if I use 2 or 3 coats of Weldwood contact cement, those strips 
will hold up through at least 4 to 6 changes of seat position and at least 
3 years of reasonable use. Beyond that, I can't say.
