Hi Wes - lots of things that have to be said and lots have been said. As to me I am (1) glad you have been out on the water again taking up your garndpas advice and (2) that I am living in a somewhat more peaceful place in this world: No jet-skier are allowed here on "Lake of Constance" for environmental reasons, only some drunk powerboaters now and then on summer weekends. As for taking along a gun: For me this seems to be a rather us-american idea (even a habit?). I am glad that guns are in veeery restricted use over here. Makes one live safer.
