You can purchase a number of latex based sealers that should fill most leaks in pneumatic tires. One bran is Slime, available at bike shops. You can also purchase similar, and cheaper versions at auto parts shops. I have a set of wheels specifically made for the beach and the tires are like big soft yellow balloons.
