I was able to get the dent out of my boat using boiling water and pressure, but once the boat got warm, in the sun, it popped back. I eventually was able to show it to a Wilderness Systems rep at an open day, and he stated that it was a factory defect and nothing in the world would remove the dent. As far as I can tell, he was right. It kept coming back whenever the sun came out!
